1 years ago. Great trumpeter. I had this record when it first came out. This version of 'How High The Fi' is longer. I believe the second tenor solo (Al Cohn) was ommited. The trumpet during the piamo solo was also taken out. I can't be sure but I believe that only Julian Dash was listed on the original and I believe the Al Cohn solo on 'Blue Moon was also ommited. Maybe there were contractual reasons for this.
